About this apartment rental
Delightful apartment full of atmosphere in a 1920s villa located in the central area of Lido in a quiet and peaceful residential area. The villa has a large private garden in which during the summer you can sunbathe or enjoy the shade and the cool sheltered by large trees. The villa is located along a canal, which immediately flows into the lagoon, easily reachable from water-taxis to / from the airport.
The house is a 7-minute walk from the vaporetto waterbus for Venice and islands and about 10 minutes from the beach. Parking is free along the road next to the villa.
In the apartment there are 4 beds. Prices vary depending on the season and the number of people, the rates are definitely convenient considering that you will have the historic beauty of Venice near the front door and live just like a Venetian. The apartment is furnished with care and is well equipped even for families with small children. For the winter months the apartment has independent heating. The villa is located near all services: bank, supermarkets, pharmacy, bus, bar, pizzeria, restaurants, cinemas, shops of all kinds and buses.
Bicycles are available (adults only) to walk the Lido streets in complete tranquility, admiring the Liberty villas and the beautiful gardens.

We spent an amazing, incredibly peaceful week at this beautiful apartment. The location was perfect. You can very easily pop over to Rialto to explore, with very good proximity to the beach and lots of nice restaurants for days or evenings when you want a more relaxing pace. The garden and apartment are lovely and extremely well cared for, and Carla and Daniele went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The kitchen is very well-equipped if you want to eat in. Our 7-year old had a great time sighting lizards, biking, going to the beach, and exploring the city. We can’t wait to return!
