Located in one of the most characteristic streets of Venice where there is every type of shop, bar, restaurant, pharmacy, supermarket etc are under the house ...... The apt. is situeted in the center of Venice, Via Garibaldi - Castello, in one of the best area in Venice, in which you can find every kind of shop just down stears (supermarket, bar, restaurant, Pharmacy, Bank etc.). 200 m from boat station, very easy to reach, 200 m. from Venice Biennale, 10 minutes from the beach, 5/10 minutes walking from San Marco Square, 20 minutes by boat from train station or bus station; if you come from Venice Airport there is a boat called ALILAGUNA that stop you in front of the apartment just 200 m. It's situeted in one of the best position to start to visit the city.

I would highly recommend this place. Its in a very convenient part of Venice, very close to San Marco and Doge Palace. The apartment was extremely clean and well taken care of. Everything you could need is provided. Cristiano was extremely helpful and nice. He actually came closer to the water taxi to find me because I was lost! This was a great experience for the first time in Venice!

Venice is beautiful, perfect vacation spot.
The simple apartment is on the second floor and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The hosts are extremely charismatic and attentive, making our stay as easy as possible.
The apartment is very well located in a quieter area with supermarket, shops, restaurants and transport nearby. St. Mark's Square is a 15-minute walk away.
I would not hesitate to return to this accommodation and highly recommend it!

Property was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 5. Great communication with host. Grocery store and restaurants downstairs. Close walk to water bus. Thank you for a great stay !

This apartment was clean and just right for three of us to stay in during our visit to Venice. Christiano was wonderful to work with and helped us know which vaporetti we needed to take (it was confusing at first). His mom met us at the stop and walked us to the apartment. The apartment is a bit away from the main tourist attractions, but we liked that. It was on a lovely, quaint street with a grocery market, and restaurants. It is on the third floor so just be aware that you will need to take the stairs. We really enjoyed our visit here.
