Местоположение вдали от туристических троп, вид на лагуну и тихие ночи! Комфортные комнаты, все необходимое на месте
Мы изначально написали заранее время заезда и вынуждены были ждать у двери уставшие с дороги, не было микроволновки и не работал один душ при заселении из которого жутко воняло канализацией и никто не сделал скидки на это, долго искали посуду, которая как оказалось была в посудомоечной машине, одеяла без пододеяльника и просто простыня! Очень Крутая лестница и с чемоданами сложно подниматься и опускаться

Spacious, 2 bathrooms. Decently renovated. Contact person speaks a bit of English.
They have 2 locations on booking and google maps for Venice. We waited around 1-2 hours on Giudeca to meet with the person who let us in. Old windows which isolate the wind and cold poorly, but they have heating with thermostat which is decent. Old TV and electronics.

The flat is nice, clean and big and at a very beautiful location!
The host was very unfriendly and the discussions to get enough towels or toilet papers were really unpleasant.
We booked for 5, and there were not enough towels. we had to call several times to get the towels the next day after we arrived and she refused to give us more toilet papers which I find ridiculous to have to discuss about...so I will avoid going there once again just because of the behavior of the host of this property...
