About this house rental

This cute and simple family and dog friendly cottage with a heat pump, is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It is warm and sunny with relaxing views to the sunset and Brynderwyn hills. The surf beach, estuary, golf course, shops and Mangawhai Activity Zone are all within a 5 minute drive or a 15-20 minute walk (30 minutes for surf beach).
Would suit families or mature couples. The perfect place to relax and enjoy Magical Mangawhai!
NB: The BBQ is only available from Labour Weekend to ANZAC Weekend. This property also does not have Wi-Fi
LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).

The property was very clean and tidy and had personal notes from the owner. Check-in was fairly effortless and the reminder emails beforehand were helpful.Lovely thought to put a chocolate cake in the freezer for us however it was mouldy! A few things that made our stay less enjoyable: noisy neighbours, the springs on the couch were very worn, there was no wifi (these days it would be good to specifically point out if no wifi) and by stating the house was “pet-friendly” we assumed that meant some form of fencing of which there was none. Overall our stay was pleasant however we encourage that you please point out to future guests the things they won’t have so that they are prepared i.e wifi,fence,washing machine,dishwasher or extended water use.
