We had an awesome stay at this unique yurt-like home (teepee-style setup)! The open-plan design made the inside feel really communal—perfect for our group—with the kitchen, dining area, and bunk beds all in one cozy space.The outdoor dining area had a beautiful view and plenty of seating for everyone to relax and hang out. While there wasn’t a laundry machine, it wasn’t a big deal for us since we mainly used the place as a home base while we were out adventuring and off-roading during the day.The location is great—really close to the beach and some great tracks. A big bonus: the property owner was super friendly and even let us take our vehicles around his land, which made the experience even more memorable.Highly recommend if you’re after a laid-back, adventure-ready spot with a great vibe!

This is a truly magical place to visit and spend some quality time! The peace and tranquility that comes with being surrounded by olive trees, sheep, and a pine forest is something that can be hard to find these days. We're so glad we found such an amazing spot to get away from civilization for a bit and only 1hr drive from Auckland.
