About this house rental
5 minutes walk from the shops and 10 minutes walk from the sea. Residence built in 1985, closed by gates and gates protected by a code. The residence consists of 2 parts, the first comprising individual houses and apartments, the second comprising only apartments, pool and tennis. The house includes a front garden of 30 sqm, fully paved, with relaxation area, west facing and garden at the rear of 50 sqm, gravel and artificial lawn, table and 4 chairs in iron, facing east. You will have 6 relax and a parasol. The house is ideal for 4 people with 2 real modular bedroom. One is equipped with 2 beds in 90 allowing a bed in 180, it is air-conditioned. The beds can be equipped with safety gates for small children. The other is equipped with 160 beds but the 2 beds of 80 can be separated, it is air-conditioned and you will have an umbrella bed. For use by 6 people there is on the landing a desk with a window is equipped with a BZ for sleeping 140 (mattress bedding regular). The internal staircase is secured. On the ground floor air-conditioned a sofa bed will allow a bed in 140, 2 screens guaranteeing you a little privacy. Many facilities for small children. All comfort, neat decoration. Swimming pool with paddling pool. There are residents all year round which makes the residence more lively. A deposit of 400 € will be required, returnable after inventory.

Our stay with the family (3 children) was very nice in the accommodation. We enjoyed the vacation very much. The house is very lovingly furnished and well equipped. We were completely satisfied.The distance to the beaches is short. These are really beautiful—both beautiful and clean sandy beaches as well as rocky and pebble beaches are within walking distance. Supermarkets and the weekly market are also just a few minutes away. The house is located in a small complex with a permanent parking space right next to the house. The house is equipped with some children's toys. Guests have access to a pool and a tennis court.The landlords are very friendly and helpful and can be reached immediately if you have any questions.Highly recommended!

Propriétaires au top, sérieux, agréables géniaux vraiment rien à dire!
Dans la maison il ya tout, pour les petits comme pour les grands ils ont pensés à tout. Elle est grande, de nombreux rangements, on s y sent bien.
Le cadre est magnifique un endroit calme a 10 mins de la mer, 6 mins des commerces , des marchés , des restaurants, pas besoin de voiture.
