Beaucoup d’espace,déco contemporaine,grand canapé confortable après une journée au soleil avec une vue imprenable sur le jardin,un chêne liège capture le regard et ce n’est qu’un aperçu des nombreuses essences méditerranéennes
Quartier calme à 10 minutes des commerces et 15 minutes à pied des premières calanques

Overall we had a good stay. Everything necessary was available in the house and the house itself is in a great location: walking distance to supermarkets, bakeries, several restaurants, easy access to the autoroute going to St Maxime and St Tropez. Even a nice, sandy beach is only about 15 min walking distance. However, you have to go uphill on your way back, which you might want to reconsider if you have little kids.

Gute Ausgangslage für diverse Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wunderschöner Sandstrand in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung verfügt über gute Matratzen.
Was wir bemängeln: Es gibt keinen Blick auf den Strand wie beschrieben (womöglich von der oberen Wohnung her). Der Haupteingang ist nicht das schöne Bild mit der Treppe, sondern der orange Nebeneingang. Es gibt KEIN WIFI! Leider gibt es im Beschrieb keine Angabe diesbezüglich. Die Garage kann nicht benutzt werden, wie beschrieben. Selbst das Parkieren auf dem Gelände ist nur mit einem kleinen Fahrzeug möglich. Da die Zufahrtsstrasse auch als Parkplatz genutzt wird, ist das Einbiegen in das Grundstück nicht möglich. Das war sehr mühsam, wir mussten das Fahrzeug wie alle anderen irgendwo auf der Strasse parken.
Für die Endreinigung bezahlt man 60 Euro, ausser man putzt selber. Was uns da aber erstaunt hat, war, dass es in der ganzen Wohnung von Spinnweben und Spinnen gewimmelt hat. Zusätzlich lüfteten wir die Wohnung täglich, brachten den Mief aber nicht raus. Wahrscheinlich war länger niemand mehr da.
Die Dame, die uns die Wohnung übergeben hat, war nicht die Eigentümerin, war aber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist von oben her sehr hellhörig, sodass wir des Öfteren morgens um 7.00 Uhr von der Mutter der Eigentümerin geweckt wurden.
Fazit: Lage top, werden das nächste Mal aber sicher eine andere Wohnung suchen.
