About this house rental
House near the sea, in a small, quiet and secure residence with swimming pool.
Three comfortable bedrooms with new bedding can accommodate 6 people and a baby.
The two shower rooms and the two toilets provide additional comfort.
The open kitchen is well equipped, it has a small bar and distributes a dining room with a large octagonal table.
The living room, comfortable with its convertible sofa for an occasional guest, makes the video space pleasant with its flat screen and unlimited WiFi-internet.
The living room opens onto the terrace and its two round tables, and an awning shelters the sun or the rain, rare in the Var.
The garden extends this living space, it is planted with trees and not overlooked despite the joint ownership on the left. It has just been landscaped with a beautiful synthetic turf.
There you can rest in three deckchairs and use the electric barbecue for quick cooking.
On the practical side, a small safe available and the possibility of a cleaning service at the end of the stay with a reasonable supplement of 39 euros. Our house is *** star tourist classification, with tourist taxes at a reduced rate.
The little extras: The possibility of letting the children play or cycle in the residence closed by an electric gate, the proximity of the shared swimming pool at 50 meters, of satisfactory dimensions, with large steps to go down and sit there , and the family atmosphere that reigns there.
It stays lit at night, for a last bath on summer evenings ... The ease of doing additional shopping at the mini-market 300 meters away, including hot croissants in the morning at the bakery without taking a car ... Always without a car , use the three bicycles available to swim in the sea in 10 minutes through the Villepey ponds and the cycle path to the beaches ... The two kilometers that separate the residence from the city center can be done in about 35 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car.
You will discover the beautiful sandy beaches that slope gently for the safety of young and old swimmers, or the coastal path to discover the creeks just after the port of Saint Aygulf where water sports await you ... the residence, the ponds for walking or fishing ... Further east, the mouth of the Argens, a protected ornithological area, which can be explored by kayak, and the Francois Léotard nature base ... The back country is rich in beautiful hilltop villages and typical small restaurants. Young people will find water games a few kilometers away, other fairground or automobile attractions ... On the Var coast, a visit to Fréjus, Saint Raphaël, Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez is the best by car or by boat. ..

Ein liebevoll und schön eingerichetetes, aber auch sehr praktisches Ferienhaus.
Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin mit unseren vielen Fragen lief super (schnellste Antwort - immer absolut kompetent und freundlich). Ebenso die Absprache mit der Verwalterin bzgl. unserer Ankunft und Abreise lief absolut perfekt - allerbesten Dank noch einmal.
Vielleicht noch ein paar Ergängzungen:
Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und dank der Überdachung ist der große Esstisch den ganzen Tag im Schatten. Die vielfältige Möbelierung macht alles sehr angenehm.
Die Küche ist sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet (Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle). Es gibt sogar einen Stabmixer und eine Mini-Küchenmaschine mit Schneide- und Raspelaufsätzen, in der z.B. Kuchenteig zubereitet werden kann. Der Geschirrspüler hat (nur) eine Etage - man sollte genügend Reinigungstabs mitnehmen. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr großzügig und hat u.a. drei Gefrierfächer und eine Kaltwasserspender. Dort gab es auch eine kleine Begrüßung für uns - extrem aufmerksam und eine tolle Geste!
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Gäste-WC ohne Waschbecken, ebenso im Obergeschoss (=Schlafetage). Zusätzlich steht ein sehr kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschbecken -zugänglich über das Elternzimmer (Himmelbett)- und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne (mit Duschmöglichkeit) und Waschbecken zur Verfügung. Handseife steht ebenso bereit wie WC-Papier (Erstausstattung) und alle möglichen Handtücher und Geschirrtücher inkl. Spüllappen und Spülmittel.
Das WLAN läuft überall perfekt (außer im Garten). Es gibt einen großen TV und eine Freebox.
Toll ist die Waschmaschine in der Garage (diese ist im übrigen wohl nicht für Autos, aber für abzustellende Fahrräder vorgesehen) und ein kleiner Elektrogrill, wo auch Grillgut für 5 Personen darauf passt.
Das Schwimmbad war sehr groß (mind. ca. 6 x 12 m). Das Wasser war immer angenehm und ohne Chlorprobleme. Die Öffnungszeiten: 8-21 Uhr (Zeitschaltzuhr). WC + Kaltduschen sowie Stühle sind da.
Die Lage außerhalb von St. Aygulf ist ruhig. Die Straße hört man nicht, manchmal die Musik der Campingplätze zu humanen Zeiten. Ein Supermarkt und ein wunderbarer Bäcker (obwohl es eine Kette ist) sind um die Ecke. Das Meer (toller Strand St. Aygulf) ist 4,4 km entfernt und leider nur per Auto gut erreichbar. Restaurants gibt es im Zentrum.
Das Haus liegt im von der Straße abgewandten Teil der Anlage. Manchmal hört man von der Ferne die Musik des Campingplatzes, aber zu humanen Zeiten.

Les propriétaires sont très à l’écoute et disponibles, l’accueil de Marie Pierre est parfait . La maison est très propre et très bien équipée . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cette résidence calme proche de toutes commodites .

Les vacances sont choses positives.. et quand en plus pour parfaire à ce plaisir la location que vous avez choisie est parfaite et que les propriétaires sont au petit soin et bien que demander de plus :).
Dans cette jolie maison, en plus de vous offrir une situation géographique idéale pour découvrir la région, il ne manque absolument rien. Vous y trouverez tout le confort nécessaire .. 2 salles de bain, 2 wc, 3 chambres, jardin, garage, et cerise sur le gâteau.. cette jolie maison est dans une résidence privée avec piscine fermée par une grille en tout temps.. comment espérer mieux surtout si vous avez des enfants :) ..
Encore un grand merci à Colette pour sa réactivité, son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse mais aussi à Marie-Pierre pour sa ponctualité et sa sympathie.
Nous serons très certainement amené à nous revoir dans le futur car ce lieu est devenu pour nous un incontournable de la région.
