In just over an hour you can reach Rome and Naples by car or by train from Formia station every hour.

A comfortable brickwork staircase leads to the first floor composed of three double bedrooms and a complete bathroom with shower. The beautiful and cool outdoor patio with brick pillars and wooden beams is furnished with table and chairs for breakfast and outdoor dining surrounded by nature. Casa molto bella, nuova e confortevole, anche se molto appartata e isolata dal mondo, quindi consigliata a famiglie numerose o gruppi. L'unico problema riscontrato è che siamo stati una settimana senza linea telefonica cellulare, anche se la casa è dotata di un apparecchio telefonico attivo, ma senza adsl...quindi si può dire un po' isolati dal mondo. Ci hanno detto che il problema lo stava risolvendo la Telecom, quindi ad oggi non so se è stato risolto.

La villa è molto bella a qualche chilometro da Sperlonga. Ottimi gli arredi con cucina attrezzata. I bagni sono perfetti e credo che l'abitazione sia stata sistemata recentemente. Unica attenzione la strada di accesso è poco adatta ad auto sportive perchè presenta parecchi dislivelli. Il giardino è immenso e non ci sono problemi di spazio sia esterno che interni. Ottima scelta.
