Location is fantastic and has the greatest view.
Can walk to very nice beach in about 25 minutes. Note, steep walk (cost of the view)
Host speak no English (like most people in Italy) but that was no problem and he was very helpful.
No air conditioner in main room, only one shared between 3 bedrooms.
Kitchen badly needs an upgrade.
Furniture’s on terrace does in no way match the view
