In the heart of the Aurunci hills, immersed in the green Mediterranean scrub of Lazio among oaks and brooms, VILLA VALLEREALE is an ideal place to relax in the tranquillity of nature without renouncing the proximity of the neighbouring tourist centres.
The villa is suitable for families with children, ideal for those who want to bring their four-legged friends, very cozy, comfortable, surrounded by trees. Plot of land 2500 sqm (fenced), garden with plants, flowers and trees, in-ground swimming pool with salt purification system (8.00 x 4.00 m, depth 150 cm, open from May to September). Casa molto tranquilla, pulita e spaziosa per ampi gruppi di persone. La professionista è stata molto gentile e ci ha sempre supportato con la casa. L’unica pecca è che il telefono non prende però c’è un ottimo Wi-Fi

Nothing bad to say about the accommodation. The agents that showed us around were extremely friendly. No issues at all with the booking....extremely pleasant experience.
The accommodation is nearer Itri than Sperlonga. The coastal resort of sperlonga is around 15 minutes away via car. Itri has a few small cafes and supermarkets and is itself charming.
Highly recommend this accommodation.
We were bothered by mosquitos. Luckily the children weren't bitten once....so take some repellant and creams....I think it is due to the location being in the hillsides.
Very private but there are neighbouring villas should you ever need a neighbour!

This property is beautiful, but there are a few issues. It has a full kitchen, but no kitchen knives. When we requested some, the manager promised some, but did not deliver any. Also, this property has a large bed capacity, but provided only one gate entry fob. Outdoor cats were friendly, but information should be provided.
