Renovated, clean, and conveniently located studio apartment overlooking the beautiful Serapo beach. It has soundproof windows and is well-heated for enjoying the sea even in winter, but also has air conditioning and mosquito netting on the windows for the summer. The double bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the towels are good quality. The on-site parking space is definitely a plus in high season. Gaeta's city center and other attractions are within easy walking distance. A supermarket, other amenities, and restaurants are nearby. We really appreciated that the owner, Monica, personally welcomed us and remained in touch with us throughout our stay.

The location is superb, across the street from the Beach and numerous restaurants. The property itself is clean and contemporary with all modern seen conveniences. The bed is very comfortable. Lots to do and see in the vicinity and Monica is always more than willing to help and guide.
Will definitely be back.

Struttura pulita, ben tenuta e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ci siamo trovati subito bene e, avendo un bimbo piccolo, ho particolarmente apprezzato la tranquillitĂ della zona, comoda e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano, mare compreso. Un ringraziamento speciale alla padrona di casa, la signora Monica, sempre gentile, disponibile e pronta a intervenire per qualsiasi esigenza. Tutto questo ha contribuito a rendere la vacanza davvero ideale. Sono una persona piuttosto critica, ma in questo caso faccio fatica a trovare difetti. Veramente top: voto 10!
