About this house rental
In a hamlet, near the forest of Rennes, large family architect house equipped "as at home" and close to amenities (supermarket, bank, pharmacy ... 3 minutes). Ideal for discovering Rennes, the Breton capital
(10 minutes) and its region with in particular the Brocéliande forest (30 minutes) but also the north coast (St-Malo, Cancale, Mont St Michel bay… 45 minutes) or the Gulf of Morbihan (1H15) .
170m2 house on enclosed, landscaped grounds with large south-facing terrace equipped with a barbecue, deckchairs and garden furniture.
New in May 2019, installation of a high-end Spa for 6 people on the terrace (photos available from May 15). Contemporary house, decorated with care, the house is very bright with large bay windows overlooking the terrace and landscaped garden.
The ground floor of the house consists of a large living room with stove, TV, living room and fully equipped open kitchen, one bedroom with private bathroom. Upstairs, 4 large bedrooms including a master suite with a private bathroom, also a large independent bathroom with bath, shower and two sinks, a mezzanine with reading area. Each bedroom is fitted with storage cupboards, one of which has a television.
If you want to reach Rennes by bus, the stop is at the exit of the hamlet (regular line), you are also close to Rennes train station and the airport.
A stay between discovering the Breton coast (the world famous sites of Mont Saint Michel or Saint Malo are less than an hour away), countryside (forest walk from the house) and town (Parliament of Brittany, National Theater of Brittany , the famous lice market on Saturday mornings ...), for children, swimming pool, skating rink, tree climbing, equestrian center, all in a very comfortable and family home!

Maison très bien équipée, au calme et parfaitement située pour visiter Rennes, Brocéliande mais aussi la côte (45/50min de st Malo, Mont st Michel, Dinard etc). Les prestations étaient au delà de nos espérances.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le grand jacuzzi idéal pour se détendre après une journée de visite.
Un grand merci également à Florence pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et ses bons plans.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

This house is excellent!! Very complete; everything you need is there. Much toys and things to play for de kids and the house is very spacious. We all loved the jacuzzi :)

Votre maison est vraiment très agréable à vivre !un bon et beau confort intérieur avec tout le nécessaire et plus!
un grand jardin très sympa pour profiter des jeux ,du barbecue et du soleil sur les transats !

on à vraiment été plus que ravi de passer ces vacances en votre demeure et très bien situé pour aller faire des balades en forêt à vélo ou bien profiter de cette jolie ville de rennes et ces jolis coins en pourtour .
