The location was great and the rooms very spacious with a good refrigerator and a proper small kitchen. The house is a very historic town house with great charm and is right in the old walled town of Dinan.
The car parking is a little way off - you cannot drive to the property at all. The terrace and garden exist but are part of a separate tea shop/ restaurant business and cannot really be used by house guests.
The rooms are not serviced daily which is ok for privacy but it was implied we should take our own rubbish out somewhere - not sure where. Also we were charged a cleaning fee (an AirBnb type charge) which I thought was a ripoff given we were paying over Euro 170 per night.
