About this house rental
independent house located in the countryside in a very quiet environment for 10 people 30 km from the beaches (Saint Malo), 45 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, 15 minutes from Dinan medieval city.
The house (200 m2), large restored farmhouse with outbuildings, has an enclosed courtyard, a garden and grounds.
the house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 large living rooms and kitchen, wifi internet access, TV with satellite reception (canal + channels, eurosport, being sport)
A tourist tax is to be paid by the tenant at the end of the stay to the owner.
The amount is € 0.50 per adult per night. Free for minors.
A deposit of 400 € is requested upon entering the premises in the form of a cashier's check not cashed and returned at the end of the stay in the absence of damage.

Propriétaire très agréable et très arrangeant. Nous avons été accueilli avec le sourire, du miel et du beau temps. Un séjour parfait en famille avec toutes les commodités. Maison très bien située pour rejoindre les villes alentours facilement. Nous avons vraiment apprécié. Nous recommandons cette maison pour votre séjour en famille.

Maison bien située et très pratique. Affaires personnelles du propriétaire un peu trop présentes (dans les tiroirs et placards salle de bain et chambres, sur la baignoire,...). Propreté limite.
