About this house rental
Large Breton house, in a charming village on the banks of the Rance.
Ideal for spending holidays with family or friends.
In the village: 500 m from the house, tennis, public garden with swing, slide and various games for children, family beach at the edge of the Rance 10 minutes walk, hiking trails from the village and overlooking the Rance .. .
Numerous tourist sites nearby: Mont Saint-Michel, medieval Dinan, Saint-Malo corsair city, Cap Fréhel, Saint-Suliac one of the most beautiful villages in France ...
Ground floor: large living room-lounge with fireplace, well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, combined fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hob with 2 gas burners and 2 induction hobs , coffee maker, kettle and small appliances ...), bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, veranda.
Floor: 3 bedrooms (two with 2 single beds, one with a bed of 140 which overlooks the playroom where there is a bench BZ,) bathroom with shower and toilet. In the games room, your children will find board games, toys, soft toys and many books for children or adults, video recorders with different children's tapes.
On request, I can make available a wooden baby bed, an umbrella bed, two high chairs, a bath, a pot, a bottle warmer, a changing mat.
Can sleep 2 people in the sofa bed of the living room (so 12 beds in all)
Free WIFI, phone available.
Possible options:
Sheets, duvet cover, pillow case: 10 € per person (beds made on your arrival)
Heating: 50 € the week; 20 € the weekend
Cleaning: 65 €
A deposit of 500 € will be required upon arrival and returned at departure if no damage is found.
Tourist tax: € 0.80 per adult per night.
Small enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking.
Covered courtyard where you can store bicycles.
Our pets are welcome if they are clean and quiet.

Pour 11 adultes et 3 enfants de 3/4 ans week-end très agréable, chacun y a trouvé son compte. Une gérante très agréable et dynamique.
