Villa Imerti is a two floor villa 100 meters of the beach with a great view of the infinite blue of the Aegean Sea. Located in South Rhodes, 14 minutes distance from famous Lindos and 10 minutes distance from Pefkos. Villa Imerti is a beautiful choice for a quiet and relaxing vacation. You can set your mind and body free and let yourself enjoy the deep blue crystal waters and the sun. To enjoy the fascinating nature of the Greek coastline better, we provide you your own private six sunbeds and two permanent big umbrellas by the sea. If you'd like to start your day by going for jogging, Kiotari is an ideal place for that, due to its low traffic on the beach road. Furthermore, fishing equipment (4 free rods) are available to catch your own dinner and to cook it in the full equipment barbecue with sea view. Moreover, we offer 6 bicycles ( 4 Electrical bikes that allow a riding autonomy 60 kilometers / 37 miles on one charge and 2 bikes for childrens / wheel size 20 inch) to enjoy a romantic ride across the coastline, exploring beautiful Kiotari and traditional Gennadi village. Near the Villa, you can come across a lot of luxury hotels with a wide variety of activities for adults and children. In case you are a big sports fan, this is the perfect place for that! Some sports that you can do there are tennis, mini golf, football or even basketball. We would be ashamed to forget the water sports like diving, water ski, sup, jet- ski, or surfing, especially at Prasonisi which is a 25 minute drive from Kiotari. The island offers a wide range of these activities which you shouldn't miss! For waterslide fans, Rhodes is the home to one of the biggest Water Parks in Europe. For everyone who likes horse- riding, there is a farm 4 kilometers from the Villa, where you can rent a horse to ride on the beach. An equally important fact is that the area can also offer you high quality of food with plenty of taverns and restaurants, where you can taste delicious Greek delicacies, all located in walking distance from the Villa. The area also offers a lot of nightlife entertainment with bars and night clubs. Last but not least there are grocery stores, shops, bakeries, hair-salons etc., all near the Villa. Beyond the central beach, there are other beaches of different type, like sandy "Glystra", which has many sunbeds and umbrellas as well as a canteen, where you can go by bicycle! Finally there are many beach bars that will amaze you, where you can have refreshing cocktails and snacks that you can enjoy by the sea (for example the "Light House", which is only 800 m from the villa and the "Sposa" in Gennadi, 2 km from the villa). Also it is our pleasure to offer you a ping pong table if you like to spend some time at home and get that beautiful tan you always wanted more proactively! Lefteris and Maria are always available to give you any information you may need so that you can explore every single corner of our magnificent island, as well as any kind of assistance, when you need it! the capital city of the island, 16 times a day. THE BUS STATION IS IN DISTANCE 300 METERS (0.18 MILES) FROM THE VILLA. The airport is 61 km from Villa Imerti and we can send you precise instructions on how to get there via email. In the area you will also find a little “train" that takes you on a relaxing tour around the sites of Kiotari. NOTE: - Following the EU regulations, smoking is prohibited in all of the rooms and all enclosed spaces. Guests can smoke on the terraces of their rooms or outdoors. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our Villa.

Beautiful view over the beach from the main bedroom. Lovely, clean and homely. Taxi drivers not too keen unless you are booking your airport transfers. So they didn't want to assist us in getting to local villages.We got the bus to Lindos; absolutely beautiful. Got a taxi back- should cost 1520. We were charged 40 by a very grumpy driver!So the regular bus services were preferred.

The property is in a very peaceful location - the beach is deserted, with sunbeds & shades, water lovely & warm even in late October. The villa is exactly as advertised, the pool is bigger than it seems in the photos, the hot tub is wonderful - so relaxing in the cooler evenings. The balconies have excellent views of the sea/mountains. The villa has all you could want, plus lots more. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped, everything is as advertised and works, and the hosts made us most welcome with a hot meal delivered the first evening and a fully stocked fridge & mini bars! The teens also had many hours of fun with the full size table tennis table. We have very special memories, thank you.

This is a great villa where the owners have thought about everything you might need for an amazing relaxing stay!
They clearly care about their guests having the perfect holiday, and it shows with all the thoughtful little touches throughout the property.
The personal welcome at check-in with a meal from a local restaurant delivered, a fridge full of local produce all made for an amazing start to my holiday.
I enjoyed lazy days at the nearby beach, in the heated pool and jacuzzi - the outdoor bbq and fully equipped kitchen made it easy to make some lovely meals too.
Highly recommended if you want a home away from home in the sun!

We arrived in the early hours of the morning to be greeted by Maria and Lefteris. The photographs of the villa do not do it justice. It is beautiful, exceptionally clean and has many homely touches. But what was amazing was the hospitality and the thoughtfulness of Maria and Lefteris. They had bought hot food for us and the villa was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The next morning they arrived with fresh bread and pastries. They gave recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Nothing was too much trouble. I have never experienced such kind, considerate and helpful hosts before.
