There are 4 bedrooms, of which all have unique sea view balconies and 2 bathrooms. I never write reviews but this time I have to. Andreas and Olga are amazing hosts, made us feel at home and gave us much more then any explanation. The picture of the fridge full you can see in the profile, we thought was an example, in the end was like this when we arrived. They also served us a drink when we arrived, helped to find a babysitter etc. The house was perfect with all necessary equipment to live it fully. Best experience ever!

We were a family of 8 people that stayed at the villa for 1 week. A very warm welcome by Andreas started our stay. The house is fully equipped and was perfect for us as it had lots of space. The poolarea was lovely and refreshing.
It is necessary to have a car staying at the villa. Nearest store is about 4 km away. The beach nearest the house is quiet, refreshing and peaceful. Approx 1 km away Mojito beachbar is a truly great experience, with serviceminded and nice staff. The sea is clear and refreshing all the way!
We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the house and surrondings :)!

...exceeded our own high expectations! We spent one week at Villa Alex and we couldn’t have made a better choice for our three generation family vacation (age 4 to 65). Olga & Andreas are very warm and welcoming hosts who know exactly how to make their guests feel at home immediately. The villa itself has lovely equipped rooms with a cosy ambience. In general there is nothing left to be desired as the package includes bed sheets, bath and pool towels as well as hair dryer, etc. - not to mention the generous gift basket with local specialties and the sweet and salty snacks served by Andreas when visiting us once in a while! I can hardly describe how nice the villa, the garden and the pool are – therefore I just recommend to anyone who is interested in exploring Rhodes and enjoying a five-star holiday to choose Filoxenia Villas for a great stay.

Das war der perfekte Kurzurlaub auf Rhodos, das Haus von Olga und Andreas ist wunderschön. Alle Zimmer die Bäder die Küche lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Terrassen vor und hinter dm Haus laden je nach Wetter immer zum relaxen ein. Auch die Gartenanlagen sind top gepflegt. Andreas überraschte uns bei Empfang mit frischen Getränken und etwas zu Essen. Er gab uns auch den Tip von einer Mojito Bar welche man in ungefähr 1,5 km am Strand gut zu Fuß erreicht (muss man unbedingt hin !!!!) Der Strand ist nach ca.100 m zu vom Haus zu erreichen.
Es war Mitte Mai und wir waren ganz allein am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Obst und Gemüse gibt es in Gennadi ca. 4 km mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen
Wir werden die Filoxenia Villen auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und sagen nochmal herzlichen Dank an Olga und Andreas
