The beach house is located just a few meters from the sea and is suitable for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. The nearest supermarket is 5 km away and a car is necessary. Some distance away is the newly built 5 * Hotel Magic Life.
A car for the location is advise and mandatory
I would like to inform you that from 01/01/2024 Greece has introduced a new tourist tax for visitors that applies to all types of accommodation rentals.
The current stay-over tax that chargers guests on hotel and villas has been replaced with a new “climate crisis resilience charge”.
This means that the extra daily fee that applies to guests by arrival to the accommodation will be 15 euros per day. This amount can be paid directly to the property owner in cash.
Revenues from this charge will go into a specially created emergency fund for natural disasters.

The house is located in a very calm environment, with a magnificent view. It is very clean and comfortable. The owner is extremely kind and makes us feel straight at home. The beach is empty which makes it even more enjoyable. There are only positive things to say about this house and its owner, Stelios.

Ok, für den täglichen Abstecher nach Rhodos Stadt ist es ein bisschen weit, aber wer Ruhe und Erholung mit Meerblick und direktem Meereszugang sucht, der kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Eine große Terrasse mit Sonnendach, Pool und Sonnenliegen hat man privat für sich. Und Dank der Tierliebe des Besitzers finden sich auf dem Grundstück auch ein paar Katzen, die sich nicht nur bei Kindern einzuschmeicheln versuchen.
Der Besitzer wohnt zeitweise nebenan, ist aber sehr unaufdringlich und doch stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Bei acht Erwachsenen (gemäß Betten-Anzahl) wird die Kapazität an Platz und Ausstattung in Küche und Wohnraum vielleicht etwas knapp, aber es ist alles da, Waschmaschine eingeschlossen.
Und dann hat man eben noch das Meer direkt vor der Tür: 25 Grad warm und fast für sich allein; die Wassersportler (Segeln, Surfen, Wasserski) und Jetbike-, Bananenboot- oder "Crazy-Sofa"-Fahrer kann man aus der Ferne als Zuschauer genießen, wenn man die Angebote, ca. 1,0 bis 1,5 km entfernt) nicht selbst nutzen will. Am Strand sind nur wenige andere Gäste aus drei, vier benachbarten Ferienhäusern. Von der Musik oder dem Lärm aus der TUI-Hotelanlage in gut 1 km Entfernung hört man gelegentlich ein bisschen was, aber es verlaufen sich allenfalls mal eine Walking-Gruppe oder vereinzelte Starndläufer und Saziergänger von dort an den weiter südlichen gelegenen Strand. Wir hatten jedenfalls (zu viert) zwei super tolle Urlaubswochen im Oktober 2018.

We loved our stay at Villa Natura Plimmiri. Spacious, air-conditioned rooms. Shaded area for sitting and eating. Well-serviced pool. BBQ in garden... and only strides from a beautifully empty beach, complete with canoes and beach hut. It was our first time in Rhodes which is a beautiful island - plenty to see and do as well as tasty Taverna Plantaneous at local village. We also took advantage of the excellent watersports facilities 10 minutes walk down the beach. But most stars go to the villa-owner, Stelios who was wonderfully hospitable - provided fruit, moussaka, taking our boys (12 & 9) fishing twice. Nothing was too much trouble. If youre hesitating ... book it!
