Travel Habitat Ayuntamiento 1B is a large independent accommodation with an unbeatable location, located a few meters from the Town Hall Square. It is an ideal apartment for sightseeing in classical and cosmopolitan Valencia.

It has parquet floor, living room with sofa and flat screen TV. Kitchen area with hob, microwave and coffee maker. A bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub, has a hair dryer. Unbeatable communication with taxi, subway, train and buses. The apartment is 400 meters from the Valencia-Nord train station and the Xàtiva metro station from where you can reach the airport by direct route in just over half an hour.

The establishment is a 5-minute walk from the Central Market (the largest center in Europe dedicated to fresh produce with 8,200 m2) and the Silk Exchange (15th century, declared a World Heritage Site). It is a place to walk and get lost pleasantly in its alleys observing the trace of the centuries. It is also 10 minutes from the Turia River Gardens and 25 minutes walking from the City of Arts and Sciences.

Well located and appointed apartment. Comfortable and spacious and very convenient digital entry system for a family with two adult children! Didn’t realise the two bathrooms were two individual bathrooms - thought one would be an ensuite.

Apartment had everything required for a short city break and the location was ideal for all tourist attractions. Would recommend.
Unfortunately during our stay we had a seven hour power cut throughout which there was an incessant alarm!

The rooms are very cosy and the location is perfect. We had a nice stay!
