Plenty of on street parking available, we didn't struggle to park each day on our return from a day out. My daughter and I were attending a bike event in Chelva so used the apartment as a base for a few days, the location was perfect for a convenient drive out on to the main road to the mountains. We also took the metro into Valencia for a day, the metro station is a short walk away. I booked the No4 "On Stage" loft on account of the pictures - it's a cool space and offered a lot of room for just the two of us with lots of kit. Also, it's a great place to chill out in the evenings. The host Gema was very quick to respond to my question about parking before arrival and provided clear instructions for check in and check out - overal a great experience.
Before booking I noticed a few reviews mentioned the noise from the waste pipes from the apartments above, I was aware of it occationally but by no means intrusive. You can hear the other residents through the ceilings and walls but again, not a deal breaker and did not disturb sleep.

Apartment is spacious and well laid out. All basic amenities are available. Shops and public transport within a 5 min walk
It’s a loft downstairs and the plumbing from above all runs through the ceiling which can make it noisy. The kitchen would benefit from some basic supplies (sugar, salt, etc)

Me and a friend stayed in Loft 3, and the layout gave us our privacy whilst also giving us the freedom and ability to share facilities and space when needed.
The bathrooms are well equipped and clean, the beds are super comfortable and large. The kitchen had everything we wanted and more. The living and dining area tied everything together and honestly was the icing on the cake. We had such a good time here and the accommodation was the highlight of the whole trip - so much so we ended up spending some mornings and evenings indoors.
I can't recommend this place enough, and I will most definitely stay here again should I return to Valencia again.

Unusual style apartment ! very clean and well maintained .. bed was really comfortable and loads of hot water !! So great experience apart from - very little by way of cleaning products- bring some laundry powder if you think you might do a wash - ideal location for the palacio de congreso but a long hot walk to city propre !
It’s a noisy enough building- the industrial steel walls didn’t muffle neighbours very well and the plumbing is also quite loud - but think that might be standard in Spain ?
