It was clean and the check-in procedure was easy enough.
I'd say for the price we paid it is good value for money.
I'd say it's a bit far from the center. We had a 20min trip with public transport every day to and from our points of interest.
Also, there was a really bad smell in the bathroom during our whole stay (mostly when the fan was working). It was really annoying and we had to make sure to close the bathroom door before going to sleep.
Besides that, it was freezing inside when we checked in. We actually solved that by using the AC on heat mode, but still.
As a note, some slippers would be good as the floor is freezing cold and since the place is huge.

We picked this for the location as we were traveling by trains. Location for this purpose is great. Flat is spacious, even a big kitchen which was comfy. Staff was excellent as they let us leave our baggage in their office while we wait until our evening train.
I wanted to let you know that the shower seems to have a sewage/drain smell. Another inconvenience was that the confirmation email listed the office address instead of the flat, which led us to the wrong location at night. It was of course our own mistake, but clearer address and arrival instructions would help future guests.
