Great host, Paul couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. It was spotlessly clean. Good choice at breakfast. Great location on a bus route.

The location was perfect, very close to everything but still quiet. Beautiful, safe neighborhood.
The room was nice and comfortable, getting in with a late check in time was still very easy. The owner was very kind and cooked some lovely hot food to order in the morning. The value was by far the best in the area and included breakfast! If and when I return to Plymouth I would stay here again and recommend to anyone.
Minimal to no issues, no lift of course so if you have trouble with a flight of stairs or do make sure of what floor you're on!
