I loved staying here. I was in Plymouth for a specific reason but now I would like to come back just to stay here again. There's just such a pleasant, calming atmosphere at Caraneal. It's a place where the guests talk to each other across the tables at breakfast (itself great) and, even if it's your first visit, you're treated and feel as if you've been there before. There was flexibility for a late check-in which I really appreciated and Veronica gave excellent advice and recommendations. Even though I was only there for two nights (and out most of the time!), it still felt like a little home for the duration.

Nice quiet area. Easy to walk to waterfront, restaurants, and the Hoe. Quite walkable to ferry terminal. Pleasant room. Nice cooked breakfast. Comfortable guest lounge.
No fan in the room and it was hot.
