It was a functional stay in Plymouth and it did not break the bank. The downstairs bedroom was in reasonable shape although the bathroom might have been clear and the large window and view from it were not in the least appealing. Staff were difficult to get in touch with as Agoda had removed the direct check-in link, but all was good when I was finally able to track down the property managers (there is no check-in desk).

The place was OK, but had to sit in the rain trying to fill out an on line form so I could get a code to get in the door as it hadn't been sent to me.before my arrival. After 20 mins on the phone I managed to get in. Found it strange not having any staff in the
building. Would not stay there again.

Not sure why we’re being asked to review. We went through a 1.5hr ordeal to get our money back. We were late for a family function due to this. No reception, online is required sending is to lord knows where… ai don’t think so. Can’t fill I. Form until you agree to T & Cs that the hotline doesn’t send you to and a privacy policy on a completely different site. A phone staff member that was abrupt and rude and another that appeared to hang up and didn’t call us back… just don’t bother!
