About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in the Oltrarno area, in Florence's hold centre, a few steps from Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti, Boboli Gardens and Santo Spirito Square. In the district you can experience the old Florentine traditions thanks to the presence of several typical shops, many craft workshops and lots of good restaurants offering Tuscan cuisine. The most interesting tourist attractions and cultural centers in town are only a few hundreds metres far from the apartment.
The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people; it is located on the 2nd floor, without lift (27 steps), measures approximately 32 square meters and consists of a living area with well-equipped kitchen and single sofa bed and a double bedroom with bathroom. The apartment is equipped with a PC with printer, scanner, photocopier and DVD player and a TV with satellite antenna, heating, air conditioning, telephone, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, mocha and American coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven. , vacuum cleaners, board games, tourist guides and books. Between May and September we also supply two bicycles.
Included in the price: consumptions (electricity, water) blankets, bed linen, towels, some consumables (coffee, tea, salt, pepper, spices, sugar, oil and vinegar, detergents, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels , shampoo / shower), Wi-Fi connection, national telephone calls and final cleaning.

The hosts for this property were very responsive on the one occasion the internet was down so we could not open the doors (after a storm) but fixed the issue for us within 5 minutes. The apartment was clean and comfortable, stocked with the basics and very close to all the attractions, with grocery stores and restaurants close by. We would highly recommend to others!

It was in a great location and close to everything. However it was very cramped and we sat side saddle on the toilet (quite a laugh) and there were silver fish in the bidet and bathtub which was a bit freaky. Nobody told us about two flights of very narrow stone steps to reach the apartment. On the whole and for the price it was all we needed.
