We stayed at this place for just one night, even though, as I understood, they don’t usually accept one-night stays.
We were extremely lucky because the room-apartment was truly charming, with everything needed for longer stays.
The property, conveniently located for reaching Florence, is also surrounded by greenery.

Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente molto piacevole, soprattutto per la posizione: la comodità logistica rispetto al centro è davvero un grande punto di forza. La possibilità di trovarsi immersi in un contesto così bucolico e rilassante, pur rimanendo a pochi minuti dalla città, è qualcosa di raro e particolarmente apprezzabile.
Un aspetto su cui farei qualche miglioramento riguarda la colazione. Considerando che viene proposta a pagamento, l’offerta risulta un po’ limitata. Le brioche sono discrete, ma avrei gradito la presenza di almeno un prodotto fatto in casa, come una torta, che darebbe sicuramente più carattere e qualità all’esperienza. Anche la spremuta, servita confezionata, potrebbe essere sostituita da una versione fresca. Inoltre, sarebbe piacevole trovare pane accompagnato da burro e marmellata. Buona invece la selezione salata, con salumi e formaggi di qualità; un servizio uova completerebbe perfettamente l’offerta.
Infine, un piccolo suggerimento sull’arredamento: in un contesto naturale così curato e autentico, eviterei l’utilizzo di fiori finti, che risultano un po’ fuori armonia con l’ambiente circostante.

Joli appartement, spacieux, bien situé avec parking.
Il manque une machine à café. Nous n'avons pas pu mettre en route le chauffage. Les serviettes de bain ne sont pas de bonne qualité.

cleanness. the owner was very kind and knowledgeable and helpful.
there was no breakfast service as advertised. Also, the swimming pool was closed and the area around the swimming pool was not maintained. we had a different expression of the place from the photos shown on Booking.com. this is not a hotel. it is more like self-catering accommodation.
