The apartment was excellent; it was very cozy and clean. It was spacious. The tram ride to the city center was about 20 minutes, which was very convenient. There's a huge supermarket nearby. The owners are always available and happy to answer any questions.
As a pleasant surprise, I'd like to note that there was oil, salt, sugar, and coffee in the kitchen cupboard. This was very nice.
