Solo lo habíamos cogido para una noche ya que íbamos haciendo ruta y todo fue ideal, desde la comunicación con Claudio para hacer el checking, muy atento y muy amable, me ayudó un montón explicándome bien los transportes cercanos, lo que me iba bien para acercarme desde la estación, ya que no iba en coche, llegamos muy bien.
Lo tengo guardado porque pienso volver a Florencia, y espero tenga la suerte de repetir.
El haberlo cogido por poco tiempo.

The house was lovely and warm with plenty of hot water for showers, comfortable living room with plenty of seating for us all. We were happy we had a washing machine to use and the kitchen was fully equipped.
We struggled a little for parking in the area but as it was Xmas time I guess more people were at home. The other thing was the 2 different types of plug sockets which we are not used to and we couldn't get everything charged as the adaptors didn't;t fit in most of them.

Very homely, the host had put some sugar buns, milk and water on the table when we arrived. That was very kind since next day we had it for breakfast.
The cleaning lady forgot to switch on the heating and the house was very cold when we entered and took awhile to heatup the house but the host was very apologetic and offered an extra day to stay for free. We could not take up the offer since next day we were heading to another city but it was very kind of the host.
We had a car and were able to find street parking close-by. Also to get into town we took the car to Vialle Pietro Nenni which has a free parking and then T1 tram to florence.
It’s in a residential area, so loading and unloading luggage was a tad tedious. Also the apartment itself is in 2 levels and the rooms are on first floor. If you have heavy luggage, it is bit of a hassle to get them up the stairs. It was ok for us but something to consider.

La casa está totalmente equipada, es amplia, luminosa y tranquila. La zona es agradable y a unos minutos es comercial.. La casa queda a unos 25 minutos en metro del centro de Florencia y el metro queda a unos 12 minutos caminando desde la casa (Línea T1). También hay una ruta de autobús (ruta 26 0 27) que está a 4 minutos caminando, ambas rutas llegan directamente al centro. Esto permite explorar y conocer el sector y los alrededores de Florencia, que a mí personalmente me gusta más ya que no se queda uno solo con la parte turística.
La cama del cuarto principal, no es tan cómoda
