About this apartment rental
Charming apartment with two bedrooms, bright and functional, in the heart of Parma, just a few steps from the Baptistery, the Duomo and the main tourist attractions as well as within the city dela shopping city. The apartment has undergone a complete renovation that has just ended. The intervention had as criteria driving the recovery, as far as possible, of each element preesesistente and the attention to energy savings. They were then recovered travoni stations throughout the apartment and the joists in the living area. It has also been cleaned up and placed on the wall with exposed brick in the living room. As regards the energy upgrading, it has been realized a heating / air conditioning and production of hot water with heat pumps. They have been replaced all existing internal doors with new windows and insulation all equipped with mosquito nets. The apartment (about 70 square meters. Gross) consists of a living area with kitchenette, a large bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a dressing room and bathroom (with window). And 'facing south so it is very bright and pleasant. E 'it equipped with every comfort: heating and air conditioning with split, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, wi-fi. The apartment is located in the Palazzo Lusignani, eighteenth century building located in the heart of the historical center of Parma and overlooking the road from Republic Street, at right angles to this, leading to the square in San Giovanni, just in via Cairoli n. 15. The building is within the Z. T.L. Parma (Limited Traffic Zone), where access is consensito with the car only at certain times or on payment of ticket. The apartment is located on the second floor of the scale B (north-east) of the building that has no elevator. It is possible to leave the car in the paid public car parks located in Viale Mentana or at the Barilla Center parking lot or at the Toschi parking lot, all located about 8 -10 minutes on foot. With a taxi from the station for those arriving by train or by Mentana avenue for those who had a car, a taxi, which costs about 7 euro, it is only a few minutes of the apartment. We owners live in Colorno, pleasant village about 15 km. from the center of Parma. Although we obviously can not always be in place, however, we guarantee continuous and systematic assistance to guests for any need.

Very lovely apartment in the best part of Parma! Yes there are 8 sets of stairs (4 flights) to get to the apartment but it wasn’t that bad. Good AC in each room, a small clothes washing machine, and a kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable (firm) beds and pillows, lots of storage. It took us a moment to figure out how to open the screens and then shutters but once we did, it was amazing. Thank you for a phenomenal stay!

This apartment was a great place to take refuge from the heat. We didn't know (or maybe remember?) that there were flights of stairs up to the apartment. but once we got our luggage up, the stairs were fine. Our host was easy to communicate with and the apartment was very clean and comfortable.

This is a nice clean apartment in a great location. We were quite comfortable; Howe, we are concerned that when we burned our toast and filled the entire apartment with smoke, the ventilation was broken. These hosts are very responsive, so we believe this will certainly be taken care of. Also, be forewarned that there are 80 steps to climb to reach the apartment! This was not a problem for us, but perhaps it could be for some guests.

Our stay was quiet, comfortable and clean. The apartment was stocked with water, coffee and everything we needed for our stay. Cesare was an amazing host! He went out of his way to help us by getting us bubble wrap to pack our wine and even calling a taxi for us. Great location and highly recommended!
