Апартамент чистий, обладнаний всім необхідним, зустрічала хазяйка, все ввічливо, є паркувальне місце через дорогу, у дворі, без окремої сплати.
Перше враження формується при вході в будинок - дуже поганий запах, але через день хтось прибирав у під'їзді та використав аерозоль, що поліпшило стан. В зимовий період некомфортно: в кухня вентиляційний отвір виходить прямо на вулицю, з нього дме холодне повітря, всі вікна старі, у ванній кімнаті погано закривається вікно, приймати душ некомфортно, опалення з двох кондиціонерів у спальнях, погана звукоізоляція у будинку та з вулиці, в певні дні під вікнами розгортується дуже ранній ринок, це максимально шумно. До центру 2 км пішки, але я це знала при бронюванні, та можливо комусь не підійде.
