Essendo un appartamento, la colazione è a propria discrezione, come posizione direi ottima a pochi metri dal giardino ducale e centro,
Personale molto disponibile e pronto a consigliare al meglio le proprie esigenze.
Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento nonostante abbia uno stile anni 70/80 che può piacere oppure no, per la posizione, cordialità del proprietari e ordine /pulizia.

Wij boekten het appartement omdat we dagelijks een familielid in het universitair ziekenhuis van parma moesten bezoeken. We hadden vlot contact met de eigenaar, het was een ruim en proper appartement met comfortabele bedden en airconditioning. We konden de wasmachine in de kelder ook gebruiken. Onze auto stond veilig op de afgesloten parking voor de deur geparkeerd.
Het douchegordijn mag wel eens vervangen worden en de inhoud van de keukenkasten wat betreft glazen, pannen en potten zou ook eens terug aangevuld mogen worden.

Propre et spacieux. Accueil attentionné de la part du gestionnaire. Facilité de stationnement en bas de l’immeuble dans une cour privée
Faible isolation phonique. Légèrement éloigné du centre historique mais aller-retour faisable en bus.
