The hotel was outside of Parma which we knew as we wanted a safe place for our car.
Filippo checked us in on arrival. Very friendly and helpful person and spoke excellent English.
The room was very spacious. cooking facilities for 2 people, so we could make breakfast in the morning.
Parma is a lovely place to explore and not too big.
Heating was only turned on the 15th October so it was quite cool. We had extra blankets so it was good for sleeping.
We thought we could take the bus which was quite complicated, so we took a taxi instead which cost between Euro 12-15.

Calm location in the fields even if right at the tangenziale
Difficult to find the access coming from the tangenziale
