This amazing villa is hidden in the green shades of the olive groves and vineyards of the hills, at just a few km from Greve in Chianti (15km), the heart of the wine production.
The villa is a typical Tuscan 17th century manor house, totally renovated, which hosts 4 comfortable apartments, elegantly furnished, whereas other 2 apartments are in an outbuilding, all with private terrace.
The estate is surrounded by a beautiful, quiet garden with a swimming pool (10x5, open from May to Oct).
Once in the week :Pizza dinner on Tuesday, and aperitif on Fridaty (on request).
At client’s disposal also a laundry room, and barbecue.
This breathtaking holiday home is an ideal location for all those seeking peace and quiet but also a perfect point of departure for visiting the beautiful attractions of the Chianti region as well as most Tuscan art centres such as Florence 20 km, Siena 55 km, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Montepulciano and Montalcino. Pets accepted.
Nearest shops, supermarket, post office, restaurants, in San Polo village at ca. 3.2 km of distance (unpaved road).
