Tranquil environment, livery setting and the staff could do no more for you, ideally placed with a short walk to the centre and lifts. The view of Mount Blanc summit from the hotel was superb 👌

Lovely character, very high quality fittings and the Spa area was great. By far the best thing is the warm welcome from the Staff and in particular Claire who was fab and super helpful
The bath was amazing but we didn't have a shower, not a problem as the water ran quickly but always good to have the option. There was a shower attachment on the bath tho.

The staff were so friendly, the rooms were homely, the shared spaces were excellent, the decor was beautiful, the food was gorgeous, the vibe was excellent and always felt warm and inviting. The hotel dog was friendly and played with our baby. Guests always seemed relaxed and happy. The saunas and jacuzzi were wonderful. It was all perfectly done, can’t fault the hotel at all. We loved our stay, thank you!
Before I arrived I was surprised to be charged a nightly rate for an infant cot, and be charged for parking, however honestly, the stay was so good I didn’t mind in the end. Loved everything about the hotel.
