I really enjoyed my stay here for a recent solo snowboard trip and this hotel was exactly what I was looking for. My room was very comfortable, quiet and clean, and it had a balcony with stunning views of the river and mountains. The location is fantastic and the staff were very helpful and lovely. I would definitely stay here again!
Kettle with coffee and tea is in the hallway, it would be nice to have these in the rooms.

I picked this hotel for the view, we only stayed one night, and it totally delivered. It's just like in the photos. The whole town is just like the photos, it's wonderful, We went in the April, so everything was less crowded, which was great. I would have liked to also enjoy breakfast on the terrace, but it was a bit too cold for that.
They also offered 1hr of sauna with the room, but we didn't try it.
I really liked that the curtains fully blocked the light and the room was warm but not overwhelmingly so.
Breakfast was typically French, nothing fancy.
The one thing I found odd was that they required a deposit for the room. I don't remember a hotel asking for a deposit maybe since the 90s.

Good location close to everything in town center. Everything within 10 minute walk.
Can’t expect anything too much with hotels in Chamonix. Way too expensive for what it is. Which is just a simple room with a bed. Almost reminded me of a hostel or my old university dorm room. For some reason in the triple room the toilet is in a room separate from the sink and shower. I will say the views though are quite nice. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful.
