We really enjoyed our stay at Chalet Hôtel La Sapinière. The hotel was warm, welcoming and very comfortable, with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. It is also wonderfully dog friendly, which made a real difference to us and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to Chamonix. Overall, it felt like a very genuine and hospitable place to stay.
There was very little not to like. We had a very enjoyable stay and felt well looked after throughout.

Good breakfast
The room was very small.
The sauna is far away from the Jacuzzi.

The location is very nice and the view from the terrace and the room was amazing.
The room needs serious renovations.
The furniture is old, and the bathroom door does not close properly.
The only reason for the high price seems to be the view, but overall the room is not worth the money.
The staff were not very pleasant.
We left our luggage for 3 days and paid upfront, but when we returned a day earlier, we were told it was not possible to refund the extra day.
This was disappointing, especially since at the time of payment we were told it was necessary to pay immediately, not upon collection of the luggage.
