Location was great just across from ski bus and short walk into town, really good selection for breakfast, 2nd room was really spacious. I think what makes this hotel is the Spa used it every day
The bed was really dipping on one side, maintenance said there was nothing wrong with it, put a blanket under to lift mattress up, when we went for breakfast they had a different room number against our name, went to reception to be told we’ve been moved, but no one told us, if we hadn’t have checked some one else would have been allocated our room that we were in, so we moved quickly room was much bigger and all was good

The beds were comfortable but the hotel in general was to warm even with the radiators off we opened the door for fresh air and to cool the room down but the traffic and all the coaches kept pulling up making a lot of noise so sleeping was difficult their was no piece and quiet the parking chargers were to expensive and when you pull up outside the staff were very rude telling me I can’t park my car there I said I’m getting my bags out the car but they were very rude and harassed me to move car I had to explain that I’m getting my belongings out the car
The beds were comfortable and the place was clean rude staff parking and breakfast rediculous
