Great location. Easy to get too many places.
Staff were a little rude when calling them for help. I didn’t see the email I got with the codes at 7am. But when I questioned ‘how do I find this, they weren’t supporting and made me anxious that something went wrong. A simple ‘check your emails if something was sent this morning’ would have sufficed. They also stated on the website and on this portal that check in is 24hr, so when I wrote I would arrive between 10-11am. I expected this to be the case. Not see in the email that the check in was from 2:30pm. It shouldn’t be advertised like this if check in is from this time.
