The house is very cute and comfortable and located near everything we wanted to do (state parks, beaches, town).

Amazing communication from the property manager as well!!
The television in the living room had issues, it froze and we couldn’t access anything except dvd player.
The turn-off into the driveway isn’t super well marked, it was little stressful to find I the beginning when there were vehicles behind us

House space and amenities were nice. It was quiet and restful. The rooms are spacious.
The heating and cooling were inconsistent and the west facing bedroom on the first floor did not have heat that worked. The steps to the upstairs bedroom were irregular and we had to be careful on them. We kept finding trash under furniture and our feet were very dirty from the floors.

It was quiet and you can hear the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped. Heating system worked well.
The picture of this house doesn't match what you see from the street. There are no stairs, a ramp has been installed around the back side.
This house is poorly laid out. The only bathroom downstairs is adjacent to a double bed next to the kitchen with no place to put luggage. The king bed downstairs is a trek to the bathroom, two steps, around the kitchen counter and then through the kitchen. It is also in need of some love and extra attention to cleaning. Paint chipping along most edges, mould above garbage can, chipped dishes, range hood had tomato fingerprints, dust bunnies under couch (i dropped my glasses),
The TV in living room is small and makes it hard to read the guide, forget about closed captions.
Come to discover, dogs are not allowed upstairs so we could not use it. Also the floors are very slippery for an old dog to get up from
