I'm a long time repeat customer. The rooms are sizeable, comfortable & clean. I love they have a Keurig like coffee maker in the room. The overall quality keeps me coming back.
There was a big dog (with a big bark) in the room nextdoor that barked occasionally.

It was peaceful and close to the boardwalk.
It was noisy from time to time since the next room was right next to the door.

close to lots of things, convenient location, enough facilities for a comfortable stay, great water refill station in the office, nice to get a message about what to expect when arriving at the hotel and a little about the surrounding areas.
bathroom needed just that extra touch to make it super clean. wasn't dirty but there were corners that weren't wiped down in quite sometime. staff seemed
over worked or tired? didn't have the friendliest interactions with them.

Ample parking
Floors were dirty. Outlets were oddly placed. One was 3 feet from the floor and there was a table so how do you expect to charge your electronics?!
