The staff was friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the professionalism. They were helpful when we needed anything but they also didn’t hover or bother us. It’s always a fear traveling with 2 kids under 5. I loved the breakfast choices, the pool & sauna and the gym hour convenience.
We got a king suite, although it was nice to be right by the pool for the kids. For security reasons I don’t like being on the ground floor. I booked the hotel a month in advance, they said the only king room left was ground floor, next time I’ll call and request a higher floor in advance.
