We stayed here in January and the price was great for the ocean view. We ended up staying two nights longer than planned because we were so happy here. The new hotel next door is triple the cost with balconies with no beach view.

I booked for two nights and it was refundable price (higher than nonrefundable). I had to leave santa cruz earlier so shortened my staying to one night only. Requested refunding from hotel but no joy. Asked them to send email to agoda requesting for refund, i didnt hear back from either hotel or agoda.

We stayed one night.It's a very generic room, nothing special, you are paying for its location and that's it. I dont think the front desk staff at check in knew how to smile or be courteous. Would I stay again probably not for that price.
