We have stayed here multiple times, it is reasonably priced, in an outstanding location with parking included, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the property is clean and well maintained.

This was our third stay here. The location is outstanding, right across the parking lot from the boardwalk and beach in the heart of Santa Cruz. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Great value for the cost!
