The convenience to St Pauls for a Dr appt, the Staff were very nice and helpful, coffee in the room was very appreciated
There were some spots missed by the cleaner in the bathroom, the noise of other guests and the lights coming in were a bit much to take overnight

Location
Steps to entrance- no help with luggage. Mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. Cleaning staff didn’t replace towels and water without asking.
