The breakfast was good, filling and varied. The hostesses were very friendly and very helpful about with information about the area. It was very close to a bus stop that we used often. We left the car at the B&B and didn't have to worry about parking or traffic.
The day bed in our room wasn't very comfortable for seating, but day beds never are comfortable for seating.

The property was located in a very pleasant neighbourhood and close to a very regular bus.
The hosts were very friendly and super helpful.
Breakfast was generous and delicious.

Location is very good. Breakfast was not available at that season, but cereals, tea/coffee, milk was there. Even the lactose free milk was provided. We rally liked it.

Clean with a great view of North Shore mountains. Good location and nice hosts. The kitchenette is conveniently located. The winter breakfast is basic but there is a fridge and microwave available. Some reviews have commented on the narrow street when parking, but it's really not a concern for most vehicles.
I prefer a firmer mattress.
