Very beautiful, clean and safe house in a nice area, close to bus stops and about one block from shops. Awesome laundry! Owner lives in the house: nice lady; no English but she uses a translation app.
However, the rooms are not created equally, even tho I think the prices are the same; something to be aware of when booking. The main floor is very nice, e.g room A1, but the basement is very basic: a bed, a nightstand and a wardrobe with a missing door … that’s it. Not quiet either as every sound from next door and the floor above and the laundry closeby is audible. Shared washroom is okay: small and usually occupied, but being cleaned every morning
