Sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen von der Anlegerstelle und nur wenige Minuten bis zu den Cafés und Restaurants. Große Zimmer und viel Platz. Wir waren zu fünf Personen und jeder hatte eine eigene Schlafgelegenheit. Küche war super ausgestattet inkl. moderner Spül- und Waschmaschine. Sonst alles da was man brauchte!

Das eine Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, was so nicht zu erkennen war. War aber auch nicht weiter problematisch.

this location is amazing, I really enjoyed the hospitality and the energy of the booking. It was spacious, clean, and within walking distance of the Vato. And the walk was beautiful!!!!

Власниця залишила привітання у вигляді пляшки ігристого вина та води. Також на кухні було декілька пакетів розчинної кави, пакетики чаю та цукру. Помешкання знаходиться за 5 хв до зупинки вапоретто та центральної вулиці острова та 10 хвилин до пляжу. Помешкання достатньо просторе, світле та має безліч вікон. Кухня велика і має необхідний посуд. В першій спальні є великий шкаф купе для зберігання одягу. В квартирі було чисто і охайно. Заселення самостійне і власниця надала детальну інструкцію по заселенню.

Квартира поряд з водним каналом, тому у помешканні було багато комарів. Треба обовʼязково брати засіб від комах, щоб спокійно спати вночі. На кухні і у ванні не було пакетів для сміття. Довелося купувати самостійно. Також на кухні не вистачало необхідного мінімуму як сіль, перець.

The location is quiet and conveniently in walking distance to the vaporetto stop.(5 minutes walk) Supermarket to get your supplies is equally close. The apartment is large enough. It was clean.

An accommodation with problems!We had asked for a contact phone number, but did not got any! On arrival there was no answer, when we rang the door bell. A neighbour downstairs let us into the building, walked up with us and knocked at the door. A cleaning lady opened, and stated that we were too early. All we really wanted was to get rid of our luggage, and we were thankful for that. Even though the apartment was supposed to be "ready" at 2 pm, we were greeted by 2 laundry racks full of wet laundry in the kitchen and in the bathroom.(They took still 1 1/2 days to dry.)Gas stove and no matches, banged-up pots and pans. Lack of privacy due to the fact that you could only access one bedroom by going through the other one. Worst of all, NO internet connection. Sent an e-mail to owner asking for a necessary password, but no answer. Even though the location is good, we cannot recommend this place at all!
