About this house rental
Gorgeous whole house right in centre of Brighton. Best location close to beach, station, the lanes, pier, endless restaurants and bars and in vibrant Kemp Town. Two double bedrooms with double beds, sofa bed and a cot. Has a private garden with seating, and separate roof terrace sun trap. Newly refurbished, with brand new TV, sofa, etc, internet, desk to work from, dining areas inside and in garden, kitchen with oven and everything. You will love this Brighton house. Private parking not offered
The space
We have a large lounge with guitars and music pictures for a fun Brighton atmosphere.
Adjoining kitchen with all mod cons such as toaster, kettle, oven, fridge freezer etc. We leave tea and coffee for you.
Lovely private garden, with sofa area and dining area. Going up the stairs you will be greeted by the first double bedroom, with wardrobe, bed side tables and lamps, double bed and luxury fresh new bedding, including comfiest pillows.
The bathroom is next with shower, sink, we leave shower gel and soap for you.
Then you come to a wonderful feature; a roof terrace. Perfect sun trap, with bistro table and chairs for you to enjoy the fresh sea air.
Upstairs again is the largest master bedroom, double bedroom, workspace for you to work from home with desk and shares, another wardrobe with hangers and a dressing table. We provide hair dryer and fresh towels for your comfort.
