Nothing! 3 Floors with Kitchen & TV Lounge Area on the 3rd Floor were no issue for us, although it would be an issue for someone with limited mobility.

If there were 3 couples staying there I think 1 bathroom would have been a problem / one toilet

location is excellent had kitchen with all kitchenette you need washing machine
very noisy day and night stairs narrow and too much bed not comfortable at all washing machine in the garage only one bathroom the room in the first floor had no window the room in the second floor its window very low and dangerous for kids as no net and you can hear everything in the street birds every where despite the fence but the feathers everywhere
